As soon as I captured this image, I knew I had something great. This young father, like any first time father, so unsure of his grasp on his child. Yet at the same time, very sure of himself and his ability to protect this new little wonder. The pose looked "rough" to me, like it needed some fine tuning, but it was the way he held his child that ultimately made this image for me. I felt very lucky to have captured this moment for him.
