W.O.W.!!!  This session started way back in November, when I first had contact with her. We finally met in January. I must say I was REALLY looking forward to it because I knew how much of a transformation it would bring. She’s a mom of a 2 AND 3 year old, so she’s busy, on the go, with not much time for herself. Until the session came. Boy did Kelsey and I have fun!  I’d share the album layout too but it’s still a secret until the big day! Until then, this will have to do!

I love a grainy black and white!

When I met with “K”, I knew I wanted something different for her session, and knowing this beforehand was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT if I expected to capture images of who she truly is. The tattoos, they were just like the cover and inside pages of a book, the soul  that emerged as I photographed her was the true meat and potatoes of the book. The part of the book you get to when you get that urge to stay up all night just to finish it. She is a mom, she is a wife, she is most of all a woman. A woman who wears some of her story on the outside. Thank you, for sharing some of your story with me.
