I really do enjoy shooting beautiful women. And every woman I’ve met in my studio has been beautiful. Even if they don’t know it yet. But hats off to all of you for choosing to do a boudoir session, like I’ve said before, it might be the best thing you’ll ever do for your self esteem. It might also get you out of those sweat pants you’ve been wearing a little too much. Mrs. M’s hubby is gonna be sayin’ hubba hubba hubba!!! I had such a blast with her today!! Boudoir photography has become an outlet for me for many reasons. It is an honor for me to be able to share with these women what they fight for, what they dream about, what they love. I have heard stories from many of these women, why they have chosen to do a boudoir session, what it has done for them, and many have brought me to tears. It humbles me to be part of their journey, witness the transformations, and become a friend in this important part of their lives. It is because of this, because of them, that I have decided to become a part of something bigger, something called I Picture Hope. Consider it a “Beauty Session”, a session where you will be reminded that you are still beautiful, still loved, and still very important. No matter what treatments you are going through, your inner beauty still remains, and that will never change!

Following is a list of Session Guidelines:

1. IPH sessions are for any woman who has ever been diagnosed with breast cancer, whether they are currently fighting or they are a breast cancer survivor.

2. These sessions are completely FREE. There is NEVER any charge for anything related to the IPH session. This is a gift to them.

3. By offering to provide an IPH session, I am agreeing to provide 10 edited/print-ready digital images with written permission to make personal prints.

4. All clients will receive the VIP treatment from beginning to end.

5. All clients will be asked to sign a model release to help inspire other women. Their images may show up on this blog, on the IPH website, Facebook site, however not limited only to these . Be assured that any shared would be images you would be proud to display.

6. The idea behind the IPH session is to help women see that they are beautiful. For that reason, it is suggested that the session be a beauty/fashion session celebrating her, and not morph into an all out family session that could end up taking a lot more time.

7. The client will receive their files within 2 weeks of their session.

8. In order to keep these sessions from becoming a burden taking up the month of October every year, IPH sessions will be available year round.

If you’re anything like me, you know how much fun it is to snoop through someone’s makeup bag/purse! So I decided to give you all a peek into my professional makeup kit! Plus, I’ve been asked countless times which products I use! With that being said, you might not recognize a few of the brands/products that I carry in my kit. So I’ll let you in on a few “secrets”! I use some of the BEST cleansers & moisturizers out there – Bioderma & Embryolisse are two gems from France that have changed my life! And the foundations in my kit are from two AMAZING Canadian makeup lines – Face Atelier (created in Calgary) & Yaby (created in Toronto). Yaby also has incredible eyeshadows that are ridiculously pigmented and surprisingly inexpensive. I highly, HIGHLY recommend that you check them out!! **Not pictured: False Lashes, Hair Kit, Misc. Products**
