I just realized, again, that I had forgotten to blog this family session! They were all such a joy to photograph! Thanks again for choosing me as your photographer!

I had several families come in for greeting card sessions, so of course this one was before Christmas, better late in posting than never, right? ![]()

When the holidays come around, families get together. . . and what better time to do a family portrait, than Christmas time??? I realize the holidays are now over, but I have been neglecting my blog and the latest studio visitor blog posts, so I begin again ![]()

Whoa! This was a challenge!
Well, not in that order, baby sister is arriving in a month, and I think her big brother is going to be just great with her!

so cute at this age when they’re getting their teeth. you know they’re coming, but when they do it’s a really big deal. and man, check out this guys eyelashes!!!
and one with his mama and daddy of course

I had this family in tonight, and they were so much fun! I just fed off the energy of the two little ones, well, I think mom and dad did too, and with energy like that, a session is bound to be fun!!!
Thank you to my lovely clients “A” & “J” for referring them! Love you guys!

and the little girls who love them ![]()

and busy as a bee! But she sure liked to play dress-up and play with the pretty things. Thank you to her grandma and grandpa for bringing her in and sitting in on some photos with her. They are going to mean the world to her as she grows up.

= an awesome photo shoot! Thanks guys, for a wonderful evening lastnight! Oh, and little “C”, thanks so much for the hug! I’ll photograph you any day!!! ![]()

are rare, and it was so wonderful to see. I hope my boys will one day realize the importance of this ![]()
Thanks girls, maybe there IS hope? ![]()

I love to see kids being kids. The silliness, the funny faces, even the pouty faces. They were so cute!!

These young ladies, sisters, were a hoot to shoot
They looked like they enjoyed eachothers company, (don’t most sisters ????)
They braved the tall grass, the squishy noises underneath their feet, and the “reflector holder” who kept lighting up their faces. Mom, thank you.
So, just a couple for now, got a long day to prepare for tomorrow! Talk soon!

Wow, so many little people having 1st birthdays this month. So cute. And so different every one of them. Some hate being dirty and covered with icing, some have had enough after a bite or two. This one just wants to share!

Of course we needed a family photo while we were at it, and by the way, this mom has her work cut out for her with two very little busy bees always and forever on the go!

I have NEVER had the pleasure of photographing a newborn this young, (still had his needle band-aid and foot bracelet on!) but when his daddy told me how big he was at birth, I thought, “they better get him in here quick!” Sure enough, that little stinker had already outgrown his love of the curled up position, and didn’t sleep nearly as well as we all had expected him to. But I do feel honored that he had one of his firsts right there in my studio. (twice)
Mama, you know what I’m talkin’ about!
I’ll see you all again soon!
Meet baby “C” . . .

And here he is with his very proud big sister . . .

but the skies are so delightful! (for photos that is!)
A big thank you to this family for letting me capture just a teeny bit of them last night, I had so much fun and I know little “B” did too! ![]()
